In any case, it is my heartfelt hope and prayer that I can continue to be inspired and inspire my listeners with my music and songs and can connect with all you great women and girls out there, who are listening or who have never listened before and may be new to my music.  Welcome to all you newcomers.

One of the things that I am personally working on is to be connected to Hashem on a real level.  In order to do that, I need to be in touch with where I am holding and where I want to be.  This process requires that I am in touch with myself on a deep level, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.  There needs to be a balance between the heart, mind and soul, a mind-body-soul connection.

Being a consulting hypnotist, part of the work that I aspire to do is to help women to get in touch with their deeper selves.  Once we can turn off the rational, analytical mind, and allow ourselves to hear what is going on internally, on a deep, soul level, we can discover who we truly are and what we truly need.  Naturally, we then get in touch with who we are on a soul level, and can come closer to Hashem and feel His Presence more intensely and regularly in our lives and lead more meaningful and joyous lives.

Music and song have the power to break down walls, to dissolve and  and gently break down barriers that create energy blocks and prevent us from being the best we can be at any given moment, from actualizing our potential, from expressing our G-d-given gifts, and from simply being ourselves.  It is one of the tools to help us go deep inside and hear our own songs, and our own voices.  Hypnosis and meditation are other empowering ways we can hear ourselves (I am planning on incorporating guided meditations/hypnosis with my music in concerts for these reasons, G-d-willing- hypno-music is hip!).

So, don’t be surprised if you find yourself taken to another time and place through listening to music.  Hopefully my music will lift your spirits and help you to feel inspired and help you to express your emotions in a cathartic way. For those of you who are familiar with my music, my listeners say that they cry- just another tool to help you be real with yourself- a release and letting go.
